Viewing Event Record: Sharers' Papers

A lawsuit of 1616 paraphrases or quotes passages from the consortium's lease on the Globe property. The property consisted of two parts: the first a parcel of ground divided into four gardens, and all 'houses, buildings, structures, ways, easements, commodities and appurtenances thereto belonging;' the second, a parcel of land divided into three gardens, again with all the houses, etc. belonging to it. The document provides evidence concerning the size and situation of the property and its gardens, as well as information about the tenants.
